Returns

 For Returns:

 ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT ALLOW CANCELLATIONS

SO DRESS WILL BE SHIPPED TO US AND WE WILL SHIP TO YOU.

Fees are as follows for online orders shipped out of county or state etc. . IN STORE PURCHASES ARE NOT RETURNABLE 

DRESSES TRIED ON IN STORE AND ORDERED ONLINE ARE NOT RETURNABLE...
ONLINE ORDERED Wedding Gowns- 20% restock fee of purchase price. ( Most online stores charge 50% or  have a No return policy) Sale dresses and sale items are NOT returnable Custom changed dresses are NOT returnable , meaning  lengthened or shortened , hollow to hem custom color changes or any thing that changes the dress from the original design or size.

Budget and Sale dresses are not returnable

 Prom Dresses-   no return  or exchanges .

 Social Occasions or Evening Gowns -No returns or refunds

 Bridesmaids - NO Return or Refunds.  Orders are not cancellable even if your wedding or event is cancelled.

Accessories-  No returns

Shipping and Rush cuts are NOT refundable and you will be responsible to send the item back postage paid and insured.

All returned items must have an Authorization Number on box or “RA” to be accepted by our store.

Please call us before returning any item or it will be Refused and returned to you.

You have 48 Hours from time dress or item is received to return it. No exceptions.

 All items returned must be in clean, perfect and unworn condition.

 No dirt ,animal hairs , smoke, perfume  or deoderant should be on items.
